CP Soccer Clemson was launched in fall 2021.. Clemson University hosted CP Soccer’s first sleepaway camps and continues to be a huge supporter and partner of our national program. Led by CP Soccer co-founder and our long-time coach, Shea Hammond, CP Soccer Clemson is committed to developing the sport in the South Carolina region.

SHEA HAMMOND
HEAD COACH & DIRECTOR
Shea Hammond is currently a professional soccer player for the U.S. Para 7-a-Side National Team and a current player for Clemson Paralympic Soccer. Shea has been involved with coaching for many years learning under his father, Ashley Hammond. In 2017, Shea became one of the four founding members of CP Soccer along with his father, and the Halliwell's, Eli and Levi. Shea has been involved with coaching the New Jersey team for four years as well as co-leading the successful launch of CP Zoom sessions in 2020.
Shea has been a member of the U.S. Para 7-a-Side National Team for five and a half years and has been a professional first team member for three years. He has played internationally in three major competitions including the World Cup and earning bronze medals at both the Para Pan America games and the Copa America.
Shea is the first undergraduate student admitted into the Clemson Paralympic Soccer Program as a player and is entering his sophomore year at Clemson University where he is studying Sports Communications and Business Management.
KIRSTEN WINDBIEL
ASSISTANT COACH/ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Kirsten grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she played competitive soccer throughout her youth years. She played for teams Milwaukee Sport Club and North Shore United; she represented Wisconsin through ODP and competed in the Midwest Regional League. Kirsten played Division-II Soccer at Winona State University, where she also was the team's representative for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
Kirsten graduated with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, which was a perfect combination of her love for soccer/play and therapy. She now is on staff with Clemson University Paralympic Soccer, where she coordinates soccer camps and other various opportunities for athletes experiencing a variety of disabilities while pursuing a Master's degree in Parks, Recreation & Tourism Management. She currently holds her US Soccer Grassroots coaching license. Kirsten is ecstatic to help bring CP Soccer to Clemson, SC, and looks forward to working with many amazing athletes!
