Saturday 

  • 2.00 pm: Arrival

  • 4.30 pm: Orientation

  • 5.00 pm: Dinner

  • 6.30 pm: Evening activity - fun scrimmages, games and team building

  • 8.00 pm: Session concludes - players head to the dorms for showers and clean up

  • 9.00 pm: Evening snack

  • 10.00 pm: Lights out

Typical Day: Sunday - Wednesday

  • 8.00 am: Breakfast

  • 8.45 am: Room clean up and inspection

  • 9.45 am Morning training session

  • 11.30 am: Session concludes, players wash up for lunch

  • 12.00 pm: Lunch

  • 1.30 pm: Rest Hour

  • 2.30 pm: Afternoon training session

  • 4.30 pm: Session concludes, players wash up for dinner

  • 5.00 pm: Dinner

  • 6.30 pm: Evening activity - fun scrimmages, games and team building

  • 8.00 pm: Session concludes - players head to the dorms for showers and clean up

  • 9.00 pm: Evening snack

  • 10.00 pm: Lights out

Wednesday

  • Family invited to watch afternoon tournament

  • Family invited to celebration dinner

Thursday 

  • 7.00 am: Breakfast

  • 7.30 am - 8.00 am: Cabin clean up and packing

  • 8.00 am - 9.00 am: Departure to airports or by car
